We are running a beginners class on 15th January 2026. Classes for juniors (7 to14 years) run from 6:00pm to 7:00pm and cost £5.00 per session. Senior classes run from 7:45pm to 9:15pm and are £7.00 per session. All classes are run at Westcroft Leisure Center, Carshalton. There is no need to book, just arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session. Wear something comfortable such as track suit bottoms and a T shirt and remember to bring a drink.
